Homefest is a trading name of Dharmamurti Pty Ltd. In these Terms, “Homefest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dharmamurti Pty Ltd. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. A tax invoice showing any GST component is available for every order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We do our best to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time you place your order. We do not store your card details.

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, though we work hard to meet them.

Returns and refunds are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refunds policy.

Products labelled “(Assorted)” are supplied as a random mix of colours or designs by our supplier and are sold on that basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
