When you shop with Homefest we collect the information needed to process and deliver your order — your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our systems.

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and — where you’ve opted in — to send you offers and updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store — for example our payment processor (Stripe) and delivery partners — and only to the extent required to fulfil your order or as required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our checkout is secured and encrypted end-to-end.
